As well as it's popular accessibility, transportation is oustanding in London, largley due to having the oldest metro link system in the world. The Metro Link launched in 1863 with the name "Metropolitan Railway", London Metro, or the "underground" as most Londoners' call it, has made the city famous for its well-connectedness. Apart from metro, public transportation is provided through both buses and trams. Easy transportation makes visitors' experiences easier and cheaper because they can explore the wonders of the city quicker and without the usual city stress. London Tower Bridge

Built on the River Thames, Tower Bridge is one of the tourist attractions of London with its architecture. It is regarded as one of the best samples of its kind; bascule and suspension bridges. The walkways of the bridge are enclosed now but visitors can see inside the towers and a range of exhibitions held by "Tower Bridge Exhibition" throughout the year.

Big Ben

The nickname of the world-famous clock tower in the Palace of Westminster. More than being a landmark, Big Ben characterises London today.

Buckingham Palace

It is the official residence and workplace of the British monarch. Located in the city of Westminster, the palace has 602 rooms, mostly protected until today.

Trafalgar Square

Trafalgar Square is considered the most important square of London. It takes its name from the victorious Battle of Trafalgar against French and Spanish navies. There are number of statues and monuments that visitors can enjoy visiting for free in this square.

The London Eye

This is the name given to the gigantic Ferris Wheel lying along the River Thames. Each capsule on the wheel symbolizes a London Borough and weighs 10 tonnes. The London Eye ranks first among the paid tourist attraction in the UK.
