Liverpool One itself, boasts an unrivalled selection of restaurants and cafés on the leisure terrace as well as the option of a fantastic retail and shopping experience in major stores all on the doorstep. A 14-screen Odeon cinema and the beautiful landscaped Chavasse Park complete the experience. Our apartments provide a private, secure and comfortable environment in which you can work, relax and entertain. We can accommodate short-term and long-term requirements, and offer limited onsite Car Parking at £10.00 or exclusive discounted vouchers, available at our reception at the many nearby Q Car Parks, also at £10.00 for an overnight charge. Also available are continental breakfast bags delivered fresh to your apartment for £6.95 per person, these can be ordered at reception on arrival or pre-booked prior to arrival direct with BridgeStreet Liverpool One. BridgeStreet takes a strict view on ensuring all guests respect each other and our property, and for this reason, we operate a strict 21 and over policy. Identification will be requested on arrival and bookings will be cancelled in the event this is not presented.

Whether it’s a weekend away to visit our vibrant city, or enjoy a football match, a longer holiday in the North-West, or a stop-over as part of a business trip, Base has the apartment for you. If you wanted to treat yourself to a meal-out then a wide variety of restaurants can be found nearby, and if it’s night-life you’re after then with their city-centre location you won’t have to go far to find a bar to suit your taste. The world-famous Liverpool ONE shopping centre is just a short stop from the apartments, along with all the boutiques and high-street stores that have been based in Liverpool for years and years! The Cathedrals, Museums, Art Galleries and Theatres of Liverpool can all be found after just a short walk, and Anfield and Goodison Park football grounds are just a short drive away. The Echo Arena is a short distance from all of our apartments, and plays host to sports, theatre and music events throughout the year, whilst nearby the Albert Dock plays host to The Beatles Story. Our apartments contain two comfortable double-bedrooms, and a double sofa-bed in the lounge. We hope you will find them to have a home-from-home feel about them. All of our apartments are non-smoking and have the following home-comforts: •All bedding is provided, and a cot is available on request at no extra charge •Complementary toiletries in the bathroom, and towels are provided •Relaxing living area with sofas, and a television with digital channels •Crockery, cutlery and cookware is all provided in the kitchenette, along with complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar. •Heating in the apartments is electric so that you can turn it on and off at your convenience and so you can have your apartment at a temperature that suits you! If you are looking for good self-catered accommodation, then look no further! We are very strict on noise pollution, as the apartments are in a residential block. If we receive any complaints there will be additional charges. Check-in times are between 14.00 and 17.00 at our office. Alternative arrangement can be made at an extra charge. Our office is situated in Hudson Gardens, and all keys must be collected from here, and returned here upon checking out. The office address is: 2 Hudson Gardens, Cornwallis Street, off 136 Duke Street , Liverpool, L1 5BB Hotel reserves the right to request a photographic ID and to pre-authorise a security deposit on a credit / debit card for at least £150 up to £1’000 by chip and pin terminal on arrival. Please be advised that cash is not accepted for a pre-authorisation. There will be an additional fee of 3% added for using a credit card / Amex. We don't make any money from this and it allows us to keep the rate low. Check in after 5 PM and until 9 PM is a subject to a late check in fee of £20. After 9 PM the charge rises to £50. Secure underground parking can be provided at an additional cost of £15 per night.

Arinza Apartments provide Free Wi-Fi and Free car park on site.
